Jason Tetley 

 

Jason is Chief Executive for the Railway Benefit Fund. He has great experience within the benevolent sector and has previously worked as CEO at a London based charity. He has great experience of grant-making and service provision. Jason will be work with both the Fundraising and Services departments to meet the modern demands of the rail industry. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Faye Jaques

 

Faye joins the team as Fundraising Manager and will be responsible for implementing new fundraising initiatives and promoting the work of RBF.

 She had previously worked as the Promotions Manager for Douglas MacMillan Hospice. Her experience will be key in modernising the charity by developing new projects and helping to implement RBF’s new strategy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Emma Cooper

 

Emma joins RBF as Marketing and Fundraising Officer and will work alongside Faye with the development of new projects.

Emma will first look to boost the charity’s digital marketing. She will create more interest in RBF’s work to help develop awareness of RBF’s new services. Joining RBF is a big change for Emma who has a background in animal welfare.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mel Male

 

Mel Male has joined RBF as Welfare Officer. She will work  to deliver an efficient welfare and advice service to the railway industry. Mel is specifically responsible for advising clients of their welfare benefit entitlement. She brings with her 19 years’ experience with the Department of Work and Pensions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Elaine Jones

 

Elaine has joined RBF as our Welfare Support Officer. She will work closely with Mel to deliver an efficient welfare and advice service to the railway industry.  She has previously worked in Local Government and more recently in the domiciliary care sector.
