Skittles Competition raises money for RBF

Ian Burbidge was a popular and well respected Great Western Railway train driver manager based in Westbury, Wiltshire when he retired in 2016. Sadly Ian passed away only three years later.

He enjoyed playing skittles for his local railway team and so every year the team hold an ‘Ian Burbidge Memorial Skittles Cup’ competition as a way of remembering their great friend and colleague.

Ian’s favourite charity was the Railway Benefit Fund so the team held a collection for us during this years contest, raising over £170!
