Annual Big Rail Diversity Challenge

On 19 June 2024, companies representing the UK’s rail industry came together at Newark Showground to participate in the annual Big Rail Diversity Challenge, one of Women in Rail’s flagship events.  Now in its ninth year, the event continues to be a highlight for the sector, showcasing its commitment to diversity and inclusion. 

We saw teams supporting each other with our “Bring on the Beans” challenge, where participants had to navigate an inflatable obstacle course while blindfolded and carrying “beans,” all in the name of charity and diversity. 

The “Bring on the Beans Award” was presented to the “Worldline Warriors” team from Worldline UK&I. 

The RBF team were supported on the day by some fantastic volunteers from Eleven Agency, Jane and Leo.
