Big Rail Diversity Challenge

We were delighted to be a part of the Big Rail Diversity Challenge once again this year.

Hosted by Women in Rail and Nimble Media Ltd – this fun, yet serious, flagship event to encourages participants from across all levels to team-build within their own organisation, as well as network with other companies and fundraise to continue the Women in Rail’s vital work across the UK rail industry.

Never one to not get involved in a challenge, each year RBF runs a game as part of this great event, called Bring on the Beans!

Bring on the Beans involved teams taking on a bouncy castle assault course with an open plastic container of packing beans. This game was created to reflect the ethos of coming together to help one another get through life’s obstacles!
