Big Rail Diversity Challenge

We were delighted to, once again, be part of the Big Rail Diversity Challenge in 2023.

Hosted by Women in Rail and Nimble Media Ltd – this fun, yet serious, flagship event to encourages participants from across all levels to team-build within their own organisation, as well as network with other companies and fundraise to continue the Women in Rail’s vital work across the UK rail industry.

RBF runs a challenge at the event called Bring on the Beans which involves a bouncy castle, paper plates, blindfolds and lots of packing beans! This game was created to reflect the ethos of coming together to help one another get through life’s obstacles!  

Congratulations to the LNER team ‘The Determinators’ who won the Bring on the Beans Challenge this year – well done to a team who worked well together, were supportive and enthusiastic and very speedy!

Thanks to all the great teams who took on the challenges and the amazing event organisers.
