RBF raises over £20,000 with 20th Anniversary Charity Golf Day
Our 20th Anniversary Charity Golf Day swung into action on Thursday June 13th, at Hendon Golf Club. The day raised over £20,000 and was proudly sponsored by Transport Group UK. On the green we saw twenty teams compete in a friendly yet competitive game.
A heartfelt thanks to John Fitzgerald, who has been instrumental in attending and organising the event since its launch in 2004, he received a special award for his outstanding contribution.
The competition was fierce. Avanti West Coast emerged as the winners. Railpen secured a well-deserved second place, while Knorr-Bremse and Spence RE-Fit battled it out for joint third place.
The date for next year’s Charity Golf Day has already been set for Thursday, June 12th, 2025.
