Thank you to Modern Railways and Cross Country Trains

On 22-23rd November, we attended the Modern Railways EXPO at Milton Keynes Arena, with our President Pete Waterman. Modern Railways EXPO, now in its second year, is an exhibition looking to the future of Britain’s railways as the industry modernises. Over the two days of the EXPO we chatted to many visitors, providing information on our services and fundraising.

Our President Pete officially opened the EXPO with Modern Railways editor Philip Sherratt and CrossCountry Managing Director Tom Joyner. After the grand opening, we were presented with a cheque with proceeds from their ‘Severn Valley Adventurer’ anniversary railtour on Tuesday 27 September. The total raised was £16,230!
